Our business is unique. As a result of this, many questions are asked. We have compiled a list of the questions our customers have asked most frequently and have answered them here. If your question is not answered, please contact us and we will be happy to give you the information you need.
A: For patients who are residing in a long term care facility or nursing home, etc., please have your caregiver or nurse fax the required documents to our office to schedule your appointment. Please see additional information under: “Contact Us”
For patients who reside in a private residence simply contact our business office during business hours to speak with our staff.
A: The comprehensive examination includes an oral cancer screen, periodontal disease screen and x-rays. If you have also indicated you wish to have a cleaning in the initial examination, you will receive either a regular prophy (surface cleaning) or FMD (deep cleaning).
A: We serve the greater metropolitan Phoenix area which includes east and west valley. Please see attached service map for specific details.
A: Our dentists use local anesthesia to perform invasive procedures. Mobile dental units cannot accommodate the tools necessary to monitor the vitals of patients and therefore it is not equipped to administer general anesthesia, use of nitrous oxide-oxygen or intravenous sedation.
